BASIC WARRANTY

WARRANTS
  1. Ledholo provides a one-year manufacturer's warranty for all offered products.
  2. The warranty covers faults occurring when the equipment is used under normal conditions and as intended.
  3. Ledholo may refuse to perform repairs within the standard warranty period or charge the customer for repair costs (parts, labor, transportation) if:
    1. the damage was caused by use inconsistent with the manufacturer's recommendations contained in the product manual, improper storage or transportation,
    2. the damage was caused by installation, repair or modification of the equipment by third parties or at points not authorized by Ledholo,
    3. the damage was caused by the use of components from other manufacturers or with parameters other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
    4. the serial number of the device is illegible or has been removed,
    5. the visual identification of Ledholo has been removed,
    6. the damage occurred as a result of an accidental accident or as a result of human action (mechanical damage such as impact, fall, scratches, scratches, etc.)
    7. the damage was caused by external factors and their effects (humidity, flooding with water, high temperature, lightning, voltage surges, etc.),
    8. the damage was caused by the installation of faulty or illegal software (including computer viruses),
    9. the damage was caused by other random events (fire, flood, earthquake, riot, etc.),
    10. the memory card containing the display management system has been removed (removing the SD card is prohibited).
  4. The standard warranty covers all elements of the delivered equipment.
  5. If a defect is found after receiving the Goods, the Buyer is obliged to send them to the Customer Service Office of Ledholo Sp. z o. o. along with a short description of the problem.
  6. Subject to section 3 under the standard warranty of Ledholo Sp. z o. o. is obliged to remove defects or replace the device free of charge within 30 days.
  7. The deadline referred to in point 6 is counted from the date of delivery of the product to the Customer Service Office of Ledholo Sp. z oo18.
  8. Ledholo reserves the right that any artifacts created while displaying content on Ledholo displays cannot be considered a defect or equipment malfunction. Their presence and minimization depend on the method of preparing 3D content.
