Challenge

Product launch events play a key role in every company's marketing strategy. They allow for building brand awareness, presenting innovations, and directly reaching potential customers and business partners. Thanks to such events, companies can demonstrate the unique features of their products, collect opinions from recipients, and build relationships with the media. Properly organized product launches increase interest in the company's offer, which translates into increased sales and strengthening the market position.

On November 10, 2023, an event promoting the launch of an innovative tobacco heating device, Ploom X, took place at Warsaw's Hala Koszyki. The industrial interiors required only small, futuristic scenographic elements that would emphasize the company's strategy and the innovative nature of the offer.

 

Solution

To complete the challenge, we used Ledholo Totem 80NT holographic projectors, which displayed 3D product animations created by our studio (LINK) and the brand logo (LINK) and also Ledholo Totem 200HX with Ledholo Motion Capture system and specially designed for this occasion machine-human interaction. When no characters appeared in the camera's field of view, a 3D animation of the product was displayed on the hologram. When the camera captured a character on the hologram, its interpretation appeared, forcing various funny behaviors.

 

Result

Ledholo 3D holographic projectors perfectly fit into the overall character of the event, not only as innovative scenographic elements. The futuristic presentation of the brand and product and the engaging interactive attraction for invited guests were highly rated by both participants and the client. Additionally, numerous publications in social media showing fun with the hologram turned out to be an important benefit for the Ploom brand.
