Challenge

On October 15, 2024, the 14th edition of the Masovia Development Forum, organized by the Masovian Unit for the Implementation of EU Programs, took place in Warsaw. The event, organized under the slogan "20th Anniversary of Poland in the European Union", brought together representatives of administration, business, science and non-governmental organizations. The program included debates, workshops and interactive thematic zones that addressed key challenges of the region, such as sustainable development, energy transformation and modern education. The forum was also an opportunity to present projects financed from EU funds that contributed to the development of Masovia. The event was held under the honorary patronage of the Marshal of the Masovian Voivodeship and the European Commission.

The challenge for the organizers was to create a multimedia presentation that would emphasize the importance and innovative nature of the event’s idea.

Solution

3D holographic projectors were installed in various spaces of the event. This allowed us to emphasize the importance of innovation in the presented solutions. The fact that Ledholo solutions are created in Poland was also significant. For the needs of the event, our Holar Studio team created 3D holographic animations of the forum's logos and slogans.
