CHALLENGE
GPW Venture Network Day is an initiative of the Warsaw Stock Exchange designed to connect rapidly growing startups with investors, large companies, and representatives of the capital markets. The event serves as a platform for exchanging experiences, presenting innovative solutions, and building partnerships that support the development of the Polish innovation ecosystem.
LEDHOLO’s invitation to participate in the event was a great honor for us, but it also presented us with a specific challenge. We had limited exhibition space, in which we wanted to showcase as broad a spectrum of holographic technology applications as possible. Our goal was to create a booth that would not only attract the attention of attendees but also demonstrate the practical applications of LEDHOLO’s solutions in business, marketing, and communication.
SOLUTION
To make the most of the available space, we decided to showcase two complementary holographic systems: the LEDHOLO MatrixX 1.3NC.72 C SET and the LEDHOLO BOX 80NX BC SET.
A series of custom 3D holographic animations was created for the event to capture the attention of attendees and showcase the technological capabilities offered by LEDHOLO. A key element of the exhibition was a hologram of a character capable of interacting with visitors and answering frequently asked questions about the technology and its applications.
In addition, a holographic product catalog utilizing the LEDHOLO Smart Control system was presented. This solution allowed for convenient control of the displayed content via a tablet, enabling participants to explore the features and capabilities of individual devices on their own.
The combination of character holograms, 3D animations, and an interactive catalog created a comprehensive presentation of LEDHOLO technology within a small exhibition space.
RESULT
The LEDHOLO booth attracted a great deal of interest from event participants and drew numerous visitors throughout the conference. The holographic content effectively set the exhibit apart from other exhibitors, and the interactive presentations encouraged visitors to stop and talk with the team.
The hologram of a character engaging in dialogue with attendees and the holographic catalog controlled via the LEDHOLO Smart Control system attracted the most attention. Thanks to the ability to interact directly, visitors were able to see firsthand how holographic technology can support sales, marketing, education, and business communication.
Participation in the GPW Venture Network Day resulted in numerous business contacts, new opportunities for collaboration, and the acquisition of additional clients interested in implementing LEDHOLO solutions. The event confirmed that holographic technology is ideally suited for events targeting the startup, investment, and technology communities, effectively capturing attention and facilitating the presentation of even the most advanced solutions.
The project also demonstrated that even a small exhibition space can be transformed into a modern, engaging technology showcase when properly designed holographic content and interactive communication systems are used.
