Development of dialogue scripts and training materials 

CHALLENGE 

The Pepsi factory in Żnin was looking for a modern way to convey information about the facility and the safety rules in effect on its premises. The goal of the project was to create an interactive health and safety guide that would present key information about the factory’s operations, safety procedures, and rules for employees and visitors in an accessible and engaging way. 

The key objective was to improve the effectiveness of communication by using modern visual technologies that capture the audience’s attention and make it easier to absorb important information. 

SOLUTION 

As part of the project, an interactive communication system based on the LEDHOLO MatrixX 1.3NC.72 C SET display from the LEDHOLO Human solution suite was implemented. The device was integrated with the LEDHOLO Smart Control platform and the LEDHOLO Smart Control Panel, which allows for easy content updates and the expansion of the knowledge base. 

For the purposes of the project, a digital avatar was created to serve as a health and safety expert. A set of messages, questions, and answers was also developed regarding the production facility, safety procedures, rules for moving around the facility, and requirements for individuals on the factory premises. 

Thanks to the use of LEDHOLO technology, employees, contractors, and visitors to the facility can access information about safety and work organization at the factory in a modern and intuitive way. 

RESULT 

A modern information station has been created to support communication and education regarding workplace safety. An interactive occupational safety and health expert conveys key information in an engaging way, increasing the effectiveness of its delivery and the level of user engagement. 

The implementation made it possible to modernize the process of conveying safety information, increase the appeal of health and safety training and communications, and strengthen the plant’s image as an innovative organization. The solution supports the development of a safety culture while leveraging modern visual communication technologies. 

A project implemented at the Pepsi factory in Żnin demonstrates that LEDHOLO technology can effectively support not only marketing and educational initiatives, but also processes related to workplace safety, training, and internal communication in modern manufacturing facilities.
