BASIC WARRANTY<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  1. Ledholo provides a one-year manufacturer's warranty for all offered products.<\/li>
  2. The warranty covers faults occurring when the equipment is used under normal conditions and as intended.<\/li>
  3. Ledholo may refuse to perform repairs within the standard warranty period or charge the customer for repair costs (parts, labor, transportation) if:
    1. the damage was caused by use inconsistent with the manufacturer's recommendations contained in the product manual, improper storage or transportation,<\/li>
    2. the damage was caused by installation, repair or modification of the equipment by third parties or at points not authorized by Ledholo,<\/li>
    3. the damage was caused by the use of components from other manufacturers or with parameters other than those recommended by the manufacturer.<\/li>
    4. the serial number of the device is illegible or has been removed,<\/li>
    5. the visual identification of Ledholo has been removed,<\/li>
    6. the damage occurred as a result of an accidental accident or as a result of human action (mechanical damage such as impact, fall, scratches, scratches, etc.)<\/li>
    7. the damage was caused by external factors and their effects (humidity, flooding with water, high temperature, lightning, voltage surges, etc.),<\/li>
    8. the damage was caused by the installation of faulty or illegal software (including computer viruses),<\/li>
    9. the damage was caused by other random events (fire, flood, earthquake, riot, etc.),<\/li>
    10. the memory card containing the display management system has been removed (removing the SD card is prohibited).<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
    11. The standard warranty covers all elements of the delivered equipment.<\/li>
    12. If a defect is found after receiving the Goods, the Buyer is obliged to send them to the Customer Service Office of Ledholo Sp. z o. o. along with a short description of the problem.<\/li>
    13. Subject to section 3 under the standard warranty of Ledholo Sp. z o. o. is obliged to remove defects or replace the device free of charge within 30 days.<\/li>
    14. The deadline referred to in point 6 is counted from the date of delivery of the product to the Customer Service Office of Ledholo Sp. z oo18.<\/li>
    15. Ledholo reserves the right to state that any artifacts resulting from the rotational image-generation technology used (including instability in static images) that occur while content is being displayed on Ledholo displays\u00a0cannot be considered<\/strong>\u00a0as a defect or malfunction of the equipment. Their presence and minimization depend on how the 3D content is prepared.<\/li><\/ol>

      To ensure the highest quality of services and customer satisfaction, Ledholo offers a premium service, which is the possibility of purchasing an extended warranty.<\/p>
