CHALLENGE
Impact’24 is one of the most important economic and technological events in Central and Eastern Europe. Each year, the congress brings together business leaders, representatives from the worlds of science, politics, and new technologies, as well as experts who analyze key social and economic trends.
The event would not have been complete without the Kozminski University—one of the highest-ranked business schools in Europe. Of particular significance was the presence of Prof. Aleksandra Przegalińska, a philosopher and researcher of new technologies who specializes, among other things, in artificial intelligence, social robots, and future technologies.
The challenge was to create an attractive and modern exhibition space within a relatively small area. The booth was designed to attract the attention of conference participants, highlight the university’s innovative nature, and align with the event’s theme, particularly in the areas of new technologies and the green transition.
SOLUTION
To achieve these goals, the LEDHOLO BOX 80NX BC SET was used, along with dedicated 3D holographic animations featuring the Kozminski University logo and futuristic objects evoking the world of new technologies, artificial intelligence, and innovation.
The holographic images suspended in space effectively captured the attention of event attendees, making the university’s booth stand out among the many other exhibits at the conference. Thanks to the device’s compact design, it was possible to create a striking presentation without taking up additional exhibition space.
The environmental aspect was also a key element of the project. The LEDHOLO BOX 80NX holographic display used in the project is characterized by very low power consumption, averaging about 40 W, which perfectly aligned with the theme of the Green Economy track, dedicated to sustainable development and energy transition.
RESULT
Despite the small size of the exhibition booth, we managed to create a space that effectively attracted the attention of conference attendees and encouraged them to talk with university representatives.
Holographic 3D animations highlighted the innovative nature of Kozminski University and its commitment to the development of modern technologies and research on artificial intelligence. At the same time, the energy-efficient nature of the solution served as a practical example of the use of technologies aligned with the principles of sustainable development.
The use of LEDHOLO technology made it possible to increase the booth’s visibility, generate significant visitor traffic, and create a modern visual setting befitting the event’s stature. This project demonstrated that even a small space can be transformed into an attractive and engaging hub for brand communication when enhanced with appropriately designed holographic content.
The project carried out during Impact’24 confirmed that LEDHOLO’s solutions effectively help educational institutions build an image as innovative, technologically advanced organizations that are proactively addressing the challenges of the future.
