Challenge

Baltic Business Forum (BBF) is an international business conference organized since 2009. The forum is an annual meeting place for business and political representatives from Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe and Asia. The main goal of BBF is to promote regional cooperation in the Adriatic-Baltic-Black Sea area, including countries outside the European Union, such as Turkey and Ukraine.

The forum focuses on key economic, geopolitical and local government issues, supporting the development of cooperation between the countries of the region. The BBF includes numerous debates and discussion panels with the participation of experts, entrepreneurs, representatives of governments and non-governmental organizations. Participants have the opportunity to establish valuable business contacts, exchange experiences and jointly develop strategies for sustainable development of the region. Thanks to its international nature and wide range of participants, the Baltic Business Forum plays an important role in shaping economic and political cooperation in the Adriatic-Baltic-Black Sea region.

The organizers were looking for innovative and effective ways to present the logos and offers of sponsors and event partners.

Solution

Our solution included the use of several 3D holographic projectors. The motion design team, Ledholo Holar Studio 3D, developed spatial 3D animations event logos, organizer (Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce – PUIG), main sponsor – bank BNP Paribas and offers from selected partners. Holographic displays were used at the entrance to the main hall where the discussions were held Ledholo Eye 80ND on dedicated stands Ledholo Tube Stand 180S. Additionally, the smallest 3D holographic projectors from Ledholo's offer were placed on the stage Ledholo Box 45NX.

Result

The solution was met with great appreciation from sponsors, event partners and organizers. 3D holographic projectors proved to be not only effective advertising media, but also attractive and innovative scenographic elements that emphasized the innovative nature of the event.
