CHALLENGE 

On October 15, 2024, Warsaw hosted the 14th edition of the Mazovia Development Forum—one of the most important events dedicated to regional development, innovation, and the use of European funds. The event was organized by the Mazovia Unit for the Implementation of EU Programs, and this year’s edition was held under the theme „20 Years of Poland in the European Union.”. 

The forum brought together representatives from government, business, academia, and nongovernmental organizations. The program included numerous debates, workshops, and presentations on topics such as the energy transition, sustainable development, modern education, and innovations supporting regional development. 

When organizing an event of this scale, the visual design took on particular importance. The organizers sought modern multimedia solutions that would highlight the forum’s innovative nature, enhance the appeal of the event space, and effectively convey the key ideas and values related to the development of Mazovia. 

SOLUTION 

To meet the organizers’ needs, LEDHOLO BOX 80NX holographic displays were used along with their dedicated LEDHOLO BOX 80NX BASE stands. The devices were placed in selected areas of the event, where they served as modern visual communication media and scenic elements. 

For this project, the LEDHOLO HoloArt Studio 3D team created custom 3D holographic animations showcasing logos, event slogans, and content related to innovation, regional development, and the technological future of Mazovia. 

The three-dimensional images suspended in space effectively captured the participants’ attention and served as a modern complement to the forum’s other visual identity elements. An additional advantage of the project was the fact that the technology used was developed and manufactured in Poland, which perfectly aligned with the goal of supporting domestic innovation and promoting Polish technological solutions. 

RESULT 

The use of LEDHOLO technology made it possible to create a modern and attractive visual setting for the event, which effectively highlighted the forum’s theme as well as the innovative projects and initiatives presented there. 

Holographic animations captured the attendees’ attention, serving as natural focal points within the event space. Thanks to this modern presentation format, it was possible to more effectively highlight key messages and build the forum’s image as an event open to new technologies and forward-looking solutions. 

The holographic installations were very well received by both the organizers and the event participants. LEDHOLO’s solutions fit perfectly with the spirit of the Mazovia Development Forum, highlighting the importance of innovation, modern education, and technological transformation as key elements of the region’s development. 

The project confirmed that holographic presentation systems can effectively support public events, conferences, and initiatives aimed at promoting innovation by creating modern visual experiences and enhancing the appeal of the content being presented.
