CHALLENGE
The Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce (PUIG) has been supporting the development of economic cooperation between Poland and Ukraine for over 30 years. The organization serves as a platform for the exchange of experiences, knowledge, and business contacts, bringing together entrepreneurs, public institutions, nongovernmental organizations, and representatives of the scientific community.
The Chamber is actively involved in the development of investment projects, economic initiatives, and activities related to the reconstruction and development of Ukraine. Conferences, business meetings, and networking events organized by PUIG bring together representatives from many industries and partners from Poland and abroad.
While organizing one of the Chamber’s gala events for its members and partners, there was a need for modern visual solutions that would highlight the event’s prestige, enhance its stage design, and ensure an attractive showcase of the organizer’s brand. We sought a technology that would simultaneously serve as a modern communication medium and an element contributing to the event’s unique atmosphere.
SOLUTION
To create a modern visual display, three LEDHOLO holographic displays with different specifications and applications were used.
An LEDHOLO BOX 45NX display was installed in the event’s reception area, showing a holographic logo of the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce. From the moment they entered, participants were greeted by this modern form of visual communication, which drew their attention and created a positive first impression.
LEDHOLO Eye 80ND and LEDHOLO BOX 80NX displays were used in the main event space. The devices displayed holographic animations of the PUIG logo and futuristic 3D content created by the LEDHOLO HoloArt Studio 3D team. The dynamic animations were an integral part of the set design, highlighting the organization’s modern character and its commitment to developing innovative business initiatives.
The combination of various types of holographic displays made it possible to create a cohesive communication space that effectively reinforced the event’s visual identity and set it apart from standard business meetings.
RESULT
The use of LEDHOLO technology was very well received by event attendees. The 3D holographic content effectively captured the guests’ attention, serving as one of the most distinctive elements of the entire visual presentation.
The organizer’s modern brand presentation perfectly complemented the nature of the event, which was dedicated to economic cooperation, innovation, and the creation of new opportunities for business development. The holograms not only enhanced the event’s stage design but also highlighted the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce’s modern and technology-forward image.
An additional benefit was the high level of participant engagement on social media. The holographic presentations were frequently photographed and recorded, and the content shared online increased the event’s reach and strengthened the PUIG brand’s recognition.
This project demonstrated that holographic technology can effectively support business organizations, associations, and chambers of commerce in building a modern image and creating events that remain in participants’ memories long after they conclude. By combining scenic, communication, and branding functions, LEDHOLO solutions make it possible to create prestigious events that meet the expectations of modern business.
